Service and eligibility

MiClaroFinanzas organizes personal transactions and reports in USD from files you import. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use that data. The service operator and contact details appear above. These terms do not register a business or provide financial advice.

Account and password

Provide an accurate name and email and protect your password. This version does not verify email addresses or phone numbers. It does not provide automatic email or SMS recovery; save your password in a password manager. Do not share access. Google and Apple options are available only when shown as enabled. Separate accounts do not automatically share data or subscriptions.

Trial and price

Your first eligible subscription includes a 3-day trial with no subscription charge. After that, $5 USD is charged automatically each month to the payment method you authorize, until canceled. A payment method is required to begin the trial. Creating an account alone does not start the plan or create a charge. Stripe displays the date and amount before confirmation. An account that has used its trial will not receive another. No shipping charge applies.

Renewal and cancellation

You accept automatic renewal separately before proceeding to Stripe. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge; afterward, cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Open Files and account → Manage subscription to cancel in the Stripe portal. Cancellation at period end keeps access until the date shown in your account. Deleting transactions, signing out, or no longer using the website does not cancel the plan.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes payments. Failed payment or plan expiration may suspend organization of new transactions; you can still export and delete saved history. Contact the operator with your payment reference for billing questions or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually under applicable rights; these terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.

Accuracy and scope

Automatic extraction and classification may make errors or omit transactions. Check the original file, inflows, outflows, and items needing review before confirming. The summary represents only imported data; it is not your live bank balance, a tax return, or investment advice. We do not make decisions or transfer money for you.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not upload unauthorized third-party data, unlawful content, or files designed to disrupt the service. Do not attempt to access other accounts. We may limit abusive requests and suspend access for violations or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect results. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes rights that cannot be limited.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy explains what is stored and how to manage it. We retain dated, versioned acceptance records. We will publish updated terms and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. A price change alone does not authorize a charge different from the one you consented to. Contact the operator above with questions.
